Ringwould with Kingsdown Parish Council meets on the second Monday of each month at Ringwould Village Hall. The meetings commence at 7.00 pm.  The proposed meeting dates for 2026 are listed below, please check with the published agenda should an unforeseen circumstance mean a meeting date or place has been changed.

Should a member of the public wish to have a matter discussed by the Parish Council at a meeting please use the below form to apply for your item to be included on the appropriate Agenda. Members of the public will only be able to speak at meetings on matters listed on an Agenda as per the Council's Standing Orders. The form can be sent electronically or printed and posted to the Parish Council Office.

Please ensure that completed forms, must be received by the Clerk at least 10 days prior to the meeting.

If there is to be a delay in getting your item on the requested agenda the Clerk will inform you of this and give you the reasons.
