Kitewood Exhibition at Kingsdown School, 14th November, 7-9pm

The Dover Local Development Plan has now been adopted Dover District Local Plan to 2040 (Low resolution for viewing 7.68 Mb) with an allocation for our Parish of 50 at the Woodhill Farm site - Ringwould Rd, Kingsdown, 5 at Courtlands, Kingsdown and 10 at the Ringwould Alpines site.

have already requested a meeting with the Parish Council which was attended by 2 Parish Councillors, Neighbourhood Plan steering group members, Alison Eardley our Neighbourhood Planning consultant and Martin Bates our Dover District Councillor. We were shown site plans by representatives including a planner, planning consultant and architect. They advised us that they hope to submit plans to Dover District Council for 70 homes before Christmas and if successful would begin work 6 to 9 months later with expected completion within approximately 3 years.

This exhibition has been arranged by Kitewood and you are all strongly encouraged to come along between 7 and 9pm and see their plans and ask questions of their representatives. We hope to have as many of us from the Parish Council as possible there in a private capacity, and we will be happy to chat to residents.
