We have recently been approached by Quinn Estates, who have requested that we meet with them to consider their proposals for development of the Alpines site, Dover Road.

We are considering this request with DDC Planning Officers, our Neighbourhood Planning Consultant and KALC, to ensure that all engagement is correctly conducted, with full transparency and without pre-determination.

The site in question is proposed for allocation in the Submission Local Plan, however that plan has yet to be adopted and the principle of development has not yet been established on this piece of land. Discussions therefore are at their very earliest stages. We will promptly provide residents with any further updates.
